Thank you for visiting my web site.
Mycessna150-152.com
My
name is Ron and I received my pilot's certificate in October of
1993.
I learned to fly in Piper Tomahawks, joined a flying club that
had a Piper Warrior.
Then, in 1996 I bought my 1980 Cessna 152, N5282B. In the 7
years I have owned
my airplane I have replaced the carpets, replaced the plastic
door panels,
covered the eye brow with a leather cover from T.N.
Wings, had the engine
overhauled and have had it striped and painted.
Most recently, I have had the seats reupholstered.
When I first
became a plane owner I tried to find web sites with information
about
Cessna 150's and 152's but the only site I could fined
was
The Cessna Pilots Association's site. I felt that they cared
more about the larger
Cessna's than the small trainers that so
many of us have come to enjoy. I knew the
Cessna 150-152 club
existed but at the time they had no web site. They now have a
great site and if you own or are interested in 150's or 152's
you should join their club.
They publish a very informative news letter that is included
in the membership.
They also have an e-mail forum where you can get all your
questions about these
small planes answered.
There is a very
active forum on Yahoo that is dedicated to the 150 and 152.
The address is http://groups.yahoo.com/group/cessna_150_152_group.
The Cessna 150-152 club
also has a forum here:
